I trained in self-defense at a early age. As a young adult I became a self-defense instructor. and over the years as an adult, I was a kindergarten and preschool teacher for 12 years. In the last few years I have expanded my skills in health, firearms, self-defense and exercise instruction. I got you COVERED!

Melissa has been an integral part of forming Cover Training Solutions. With a background in teaching in childcare and development for several years she is always looking to find new ways to improve the quality of the classroom presentations and is critically thinking of how to improve our classes to insure the customer the best experience.
